Central Station

Our 24x7 Control Center offers full service solutions integrated within a state-of-the-art UL listed central station. By combining advanced technology with comprehensive and on-going training, our industry certified team is dedicated to providing the highest levels of professional, prompt and courteous service.

How Monitoring works............

The instant a signal is generated at your business or residence your Control Panel automatically dials our Central Station. Immediately our Dispatchers call your place of business or residence to verify if you set off your alarm by accident. Whoever answers the phone will be required to identify themselves and give a secret password. If there is no answer, or the secret password is incorrect, our Central Station will immediately dispatch your nearest local authorities and/or contact your approved call list. Should a panic button be triggered or a smoke detector signal received, immediately we will appropriately dispatch and then call your home. In any event, it is your nearest local authorities (Police, Fire, and Paramedic) that will respond.
